PAWEŁ KUCHARCZYK
A storyteller both behind the camera and on the court. In his work, he crafts cinematic worlds for leading automotive brands. At The T, he serves as Creative Director — shaping the identity, leading design, and curating the experiences of every event.
For Paweł, tennis is more than a game — it is encounters on the court, challenges that test him, new people he meets, and emotions that stay long after the last ball is played. On court, he plays with a Wilson Pro Staff RF97, a racquet as uncompromising as his style. He favors a serve-and-volley rhythm, preferring bold shots that end the point with flair. His love–hate relationship with tennis included a decade-long break, but his return became a rediscovery. Today, he shares the passion with his sons, turning the game into a family tradition.
MAKSYMILIAN FUS
Cars and tennis — two passions that fuel both his work and his life. A connoisseur of youngtimers, Maks can talk for hours about engines and backhands alike. At The T, he is responsible for partnerships and development, bringing together exceptional collaborators under a single vision. His role is to unite unique partners beneath the banner of The T, creating synergies that extend beyond the court.
On court, his game carries a hint of the nonchalance he once brought from skateboarding — expressed most clearly in his one-handed backhand. Recently switching to Yonex, he continues to refine this signature stroke while chasing precision and elegance. Father of four sons, all tennis players, he knows the game is more than competition: it is a way to connect, teach, and inspire.
ŁUKASZ WÓJCICKI
Professionally rooted in technology and energy, Łukasz first shaped his competitive edge as a basketball point guard — a role that sharpened his vision, timing, and sense of leadership.
At The T, he oversees operations and strategy, ensuring that the vision is translated into everyday action. From long-term planning to the smallest details of daily execution, making sure the club grows with consistency and purpose.
On court, his game is built on a powerful serve and a dependable backhand, but he most enjoys longer rallies from the baseline, where patience and strategy take over. A true Yonex enthusiast, he not only plays but also collects racquets, with the VCORE currently his favorite. Father of two daughters — already learning the sport — he sees tennis as both passion and legacy.
